The .com version is good for creating a blog and such. The .org version is a complete wordpress framework for building an entire content management system and website with a fully integrated blog (of which this site is powered by). I wanted to make it open so that people didn't have to create an account with QHub to post, but people abused the open posting platform and ruined it for everyone.
